Effect of P. brasiliense extracts on proteolysis induced by B. jararaca venom. P. brasiliense extracts (10 μg/mL, white columns) and (100 μg/mL, black columns) prepared in n-hexane (group I), dichloromethane (group II), ethyl acetate (group III) or hydroalcoholic solution (group IV) were incubated with B. jararaca venom (10 μg/mL). Results are expressed as mean ± SE of two individual experiments (n = 3).
