Effect of Tityus serrulatus scorpion venom (TsV) on peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) viability. PBMC (5 × 105 cells/well) were treated with different concentrations of TsV for 24 h, and cell viability was assessed by the MTT method. Cyclophosphamide (Cyclo; 25 mg/mL) was used as positive control.
