Intracerebroventricular administration of a nor-binaltorphimine or b AM630 on the central antinociception produced by PnPP-19. Nor-binaltorphimine (Nor-Bni; 10 and 20 μg) or AM630 (2 and 4 μg) was administered 1 min prior to PnPP-19 (1 μg) injection. These antagonists did not significantly modify the nociceptive threshold in the control group.
