  1. Total and differential cellular influx to the femoral-tibial-patellar articulation, evaluated 1, 4, 8 and 12 h after myotoxin II (5, 10, 15 and 20 μg/joint) injection. Total and differential cell counts were performed using a Neubauer chamber (1:20 dilution v:v) and stained smears (violet crystal 0.5%), respectively.
