  1. FICT free and informed consent term, AST aspartate aminotransferase, ALT alanine amino transferase, gama GT: gamma glutamyl transferase, CRP C-reactive protein, ESR erythrocyte sedimentation rate, PT prothrombin time, APTT activated partial thromboplastin time, CPK creatine phosphokinase
  2. aThe vital signs should be taken every 30 min during the infusion and every hour through the first 12 h after the infusion
  3. bCollect before and 12 h after termination of the infusion
  4. cEvaluate the profile and level of the antibodies IgG and IgM against the antivenom infusion (before and at 2, 6, 12 and 24 h after infusion)
  5. dEvaluate the profile of the different heterologous serum proteins in the antivenom (before and at 2, 6, 12 and 24 h after infusion)
  6. eIn special cases and at the investigator’s discretion this test could be repeated
