Affinity liquid chromatography of Crotalus durissus terrificus crude venom with Benzamidine-Sepharose 6B resin (column AxiChrom 100/300® (100 mm × 300 mm × 350 mL). The column was equilibrated with 0.05 M Tris-HCl pH 7.4 (buffer 1). Sample: 15 g of crude venom was suspended in buffer 1.
