Increased levels of total proteins and inflammatory mediators induced by BJ-PLA2-I in mice. The cell-free supernatants from the peritoneal exudate of mice stimulated for 2 h with BJ-PLA2-I (10 μg/mL) were used for the quantification of total proteins (a), PGE2 (b), IL-6 (c) and IL-1β (d).
