Kn-Ba identification by mass spectrometry. The three Kn-Ba peptide sequences obtained by MS/MS analysis were aligned with four known serine proteases sequences available in the UniProtKB database: rhinocerase (P86497), kallikrein-CohPH-2 (JAA98009), elegaxobin-1 (P84788) and stejnefibrinase-1 (Q8AY80).
