Cytotoxicity of D. sephen venom on HeLa cells. The venom was incubated with cancer cells for 24 h and cytotoxicity was observed by MTT assay. Cell death was observed in a concentration-dependent manner (2–20 μg/mL) in HeLa cells. Values were given as mean ± SD of six experiments in each group. Values not sharing the same letter differ significantly (p < 0.05) from control (DMRT)
